PEC, an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet, is seeking a Presales Engineer to join our Presales team at our Headquarters in Leuven. Your responsibilities

The Technical Presales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical solutions & expertise to our customers by supporting the international sales team. This role requires a deep understanding of the company’s products, as well as the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to customers and prospects.

Your Key responsibilities:

• Conceptual Design of our battery production line and testing laboratories
• Act as a Technical advisor to customers, providing insights and recommendations
• Travel internationally to attend conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and meet our customers
• Lead the preparation of proposals, bids, and RFP responses, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and technical specifications
• Collaborate closely with our European Sales team by joining on-site or remote customer meetings

The ideal candidate has

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Passion for clean energy technologies
• 3D drawing skills (CAD systems)
• Fluent in English and Dutch, other languages are a plus
• Has communication skills to deal with customers
• A Result-oriented & pro-active mindset
