PEC, an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet, is seeking an ICT Manager to join our IT team at our Headquarters in Leuven. Your responsibilities

Along with the below listed responsibilities, you should conduct any other business related to the function as required.

• You direct the ICT and SECURITY strategy that supports our tactical mid- and long-term strategy.
• You drive the opportunities for improvement and innovation of business processes through technology
• Supervise the ICT team and external contractors across all PEC locations worldwide
• Provide global user support for applications, infrastructure, security systems, CCTV and Telco
• You budget and manage future ICT/SECURITY projects, and change requests.
• Develop, review, implement, and ensure adherence to existing and emerging regulations and procedures.
• You conduct the analyses to identify vulnerabilities and risks in applications and infrastructure.
• Be stationed in Belgium with occasional travel to our global offices
• Report directly to the CEO

The ideal candidate has

• Master degree in Computer Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role, ideally in a High Tech industry
• Security certifications
• Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and analyses.
• Analytical and meticulous mindset
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
