Main tasks

You will be responsible for the office administration
• Telephone answering + reception
• General administrative duties
• purchasing for local needs (SAP)
• Assist  Accounting, HR and Legal departments
• Process the incoming and outgoing materials (SAP)
• Inventory control and management
• Assist with  import and export administration
• Book travel and hotel arrangements

 Skills

• BSc in administration, business, logistics or related field
• Advanced MS office user skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good organizational abilities and able to work independently
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP) is a plus
