PEC, an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet, is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our Team in Penang, Malaysia. By becoming a part of our mission, you will play a pivotal role in establishing the first large-scale battery factories in South East Asia. Your tasks

You are responsible for the complete sales cycle of our standard Battery test equipment. Furthermore, you will:

• Identify prospects and new revenue streams in South East Asia
• Develop sales opportunities with existing accounts
• Perform on-site customer visits with presentations and demonstrations
• Assist in marketing actions and participating in trade events
• Prepare and discus quotations
• Bring in purchase orders

Your skills

We are looking for a strongly motivated professional meeting the following requirements:

• Good technical knowledge, minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, or equivalent through experience
• Minimum 3 years of proven relevant experience
• Commercial feeling and strong negotiating skills
• Fluent in Malay and English
• Result-oriented, pro-active and enterprising spirit
• Willing to travel frequently in South East Asia
