Recruitment procedure

The recruitment procedure, even though it varies somewhat according to the vacancy and country you will be working, is generally speaking the following:
First of all our recruiting professionals screen your profile by means of the data you have submitted while registering.  Should any of the data be missing, we contact you by telephone or e-mail to complete your candidate profile.

If your qualifications match our job specifications, we invite you for a first interview. During this first interview, one of our recruiters will further discuss with you your motivation, education, work experience and the needed competencies for the vacancy. Depending on the vacancy, we will also assess your technical and analytical skills in a series of tests.
Based on the information gathered during this first meeting, the recruitment team decides if you will be invited for a second interview, with the line manager. 

As a final step, we organize a meeting with a direction member. Subsequently, we will discuss and set the conditions for the labour agreement and look forward to welcoming you in our team.

In case we decide, in any of the mentioned stages, that we wish not to continue the selection procedure, you will be informed as soon as possible by e-mail, telephone or letter. Your information will be maintained in the company’s Talent Warehouse for further consideration.
